Our Service desk is available 7 days a week to take your calls, resolve issues and help with everyday changes.  From starters & leavers to changes affecting key infrastructure or equipment failure.

Asset Management

Managing software licenses, hardware handed out to users or core network infrastructure, Cirrus can procure, install and maintain your asset library in a pro-active fashion, ensuring you are always up to date and know what you have at any time

Change Management

Incremental Change is a natural and frequent occurrence in any business.  Changes of access, updates to support new requirements or evolving security policies are collated by the service desk and managed to complete audit trail

Monitoring

Critical systems monitored 24×7.  The failure of critical services that affect multiple users or key operations are monitored 365 days a year to ensure they are working as designed.  Issues are headed off and alerts generated for critical issues

Maintenance

Prevention is preferred to cure.  We patch & update all systems routinely using our scheduling tools.  House keeping is done daily, depending on the service and exceptions reported back to our service desk for investigation.
